Ways to Shop – Browse by Department, Category, Collection or Our Favorites
Shopping online at MumyAtHome.com is easy. MumyAtHome introduces a new collection for each department every two to four weeks, so there is always something new to see. Customers may browse the site and shop in many ways: by category, age range, featured products, or best buys.
At MumyAtHome.com, you can also Shop-by-Size by selecting the size you are looking for at the top of each Collection or Category page. Select the right size using our MumyAtHome size charts. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.
If you know the exact product(s) you require, simply enter the description or the style number into the search box at the top of each page.
Making Your Selections
From the View Checked Items or product pages, select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click Add to Cart. Once you are done shopping, click on the My Cart button at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, followed by the Checkout option to proceed to payment.
Real Time Inventory
Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your cart will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the Checkout process is complete. On occasions, items in your shopping bag can become "out of stock" before the Checkout process is complete. If this occurs you will be sent back to the My Cart, where the item will display an "out of stock" message. To proceed with Checkout, you will need to either select another size (if available), or to remove the product completely from My Cart. This might occur on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.
All of the items in My Cart will appear in your order. If you do not want to purchase particular items in your Shopping Bag, check the Remove box next to the item(s) you do not wish to purchase and click on Update Shopping Bag. MumyAtHome will save the information page of items (but not reserve) that you have placed in your shopping bag until the items are sold out. A product may be removed from My Cart if it was saved during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the My Cart in the next session.
Create An Account
Make shopping faster and easier at MumyAtHome by creating an online account with us! You will be able to track your orders, save addresses, manage your password, and your preferred payment methods. To create an account, go to the “My Account” link at the top of the page. It only takes a few minutes and you can update or view your account at any time. All prices of our collections are quoted in Singapore Dollars as the principal currency. Shipping and mailing cost are charged separately. Once payment has been received, there is no refund.
We accept orders online and via email. Our Customer Service online chat is available from Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders can be placed online anytime.
In Checkout, you will be requested to provide an email address (for order and shipping confirmation emails), a shipping address, a billing address, and method of payment. MumyAtHome accepts all major credit cards, NETS, local bank transfer and Paypal Transfer. For more information on Payment, click here. Please click Place Order only once to avoid placing duplicate orders. Upon receipt of order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All sales are subject to availability of stock. In the event of an item being out of stock, there will be a refund.
