We take pride in checking all orders before they are directed to delivery, therefore any damages made after delivery is only exchangeable or returnable upon clear inspection of products. Once payment is made, a return of payment will not be considered. We do not accept return or exchange of goods based on missing or incorrect features of a product, such as broken lights and missing buttons. Packagings that are torn and dented will not warrant a return or exchange, hence you should always open with careful caution. Most importantly, we are not responsible for the disinterest of a child upon arrival of a product, and no exchange nor return applications shall be acknowledged.
If items are found as faulty upon arrival, please contact and inform us within 24 hours, and we will commit ourselves to helping you resolve any issues as soon as we can.
